Local company Is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Manager. Candidate with a degree would be a plus but not a necessity (will consider prior experience) Ceramics background (knowledge) is a must. Experience running a small shop, running production. Some CAD experience necessary Must be able to read micrometer Experience with hot press, centering, graphite machining, and diamond grinding The hours for this position will be 7:00am-4:00 but that could be changed (possibly) Included in the salary package is profit sharing
